Service Coordination /
Wraparound
Service Coordination & Wraparound is a resource to help with the toughest cases—those children or teens who are involved in multiple public systems, whose families have tried many options and are still struggling. Service Coordination & Wraparound offers families of children with multiple needs the opportunity to bring providers together at the same table in a coordinated manner to support and wrap services around the family, enabling youth to thrive in their home and school environment.

Early Intervention
Ohio’s Early Intervention System serves children from birth to age 3 who have a developmental delay or a diagnosed medical condition likely to cause a delay. Service Coordinators provide screenings, Individualized Family Service Plan development, transition services, referrals/resources, linkage to specialized services, and coordination of evaluations and assessments.
Help Me Grow
Home Visiting
Help Me Grow Home Visiting serves families who enter the program prenatally or up until their child is 6-months of age, and remain eligible until age 3. Credentialed Home Visitors provide the Parents As Teachers (PAT) curriculum; referrals and resources; developmental screenings; parenting tools assessments; and a Family Plan.
Parenting Wisely
Parenting Wisely (PW) is an evidence-based interactive CD Rom program that is accessed individually at a computer and completed in a 2-3 hour session. PW provides skills that help in communicating and lowering children’s risks for problems. Both PW American Teens and PW Young Children are available on an ongoing basis to allow immediate access to parenting skills training. FREE to the public at FCF office on a weekday basis.
SFP 10-14 Program
The Strengthening Families Program: For Parents and Youth 10-14 (SFP 10-14) is a parent, youth, and family skills-building curriculum designed to: build family strengths, strengthen parenting skills, prevent teen substance abuse and other behavior problems.
Incredible Years Program
The Strengthening Families Program: For Parents and Youth 10-14 (SFP 10-14) is a parent, youth, and family skills-building curriculum designed to: build family strengths, strengthen parenting skills, prevent teen substance abuse and other behavior problems.
Child Passenger Safety
Car Seat Fitting Stations are specific locations where parents and other caregivers can receive education and training from certified Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Technicians on how to properly install and use their child safety seat.
Trauma Informed Care
Trauma is a very difficult experience that results in emotional, mental, and/or physical problems that usually last for a long time. Trauma is a unique and personal experience, which means people may experience the same event and react or respond to it differently.
No Wrong Door
No Wrong Door allows Washington County families can easily obtain comprehensive information, and streamlined access to personalized supports and services that promote freedom of choice from wherever they enter the system, with warmth and respect from the servicing provider.
